Fur Ivy's most frequently asked questions:


How long does it take to process my order?

Processing usually takes two days. Meaning orders will be
 fulfilled and delivered to carrier service within 48 business hours.
* Custom items processing time is ten business days.
Meaning items will be created, order fulfilled, and
delivered to carrier service within ten business days. 

How long should it take for my purchase to be shipped?

Shipping time for all items are 3-5 business days.
* Do be aware of shipping delays by carrier services due
to pandemic. 

What does it mean if an item is marked as a limited edition?

Limited edition shoes are shoes that are released and sold through
a certain date or while supplies last. Once sold out will not be restocked. 

Can I elect to pick up my order?

Curbside pickup is available. Will not do meet ups! Select pickup at
checkout. Selecting pickup at checkout means you are agreeing to
curbside  pickup! No meet ups. Address will be made available to you
upon checkout. You will also receive a text/email notification.

What does it mean if an item shows as "out of stock"?

If an item shows out of stock on the site,
check our “Out of stock” memory on Instagram
@FurIvyxCom for restock date.
If item is not there, it will not be restocked! 

Can Fur Ivy items be returned?

If there’s an error made on the behalf of Fur Ivy we will take full responsibility and will act quickly to resolve the issue(s).

If you receive a damaged product, it must be reported within 72 hours of delivery confirmation. Anything reported after three days will not be honored.

Fur Ivy will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. All disputes will need to be investigated by the carrier service. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If a return is approved, you are responsible for the cost of the return. Once item is received back to warehouse, a store credit will be issued for the amount you paid minus shipping. Shipping will not be refunded.
* if we do not receive the item back we will not issue a refund nor conduct an investigation. If you are worried please insure your item via carrier service.

All discounted and sales items are final! Be sure to confirm color, style, and size prior to checkout. Items not eligible for store credit.
  • Please be aware any customer errors will be the responsibility of the customer. Check shipping address, style, color, and size prior to placing order.
